LifeOS is a personal tool. Access may be granted to select users at the operator's discretion. You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes — personal nutrition tracking, water intake monitoring, habit tracking, email triage, and related productivity features.
LifeOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutritional data sourced from FatSecret or entered manually is not verified by a medical professional. Do not use this app as a substitute for medical or dietary advice.
Food data is sourced from FatSecret (a commercial food database) and user-entered custom foods. The accuracy of this data is not guaranteed. AI-generated estimates (via Google Gemini) are approximations and should not be treated as precise nutritional information.
LifeOS uses Google Gemini AI for food parsing, email classification, habit accountability, and conversational agent features. AI outputs are generated approximations and may contain errors. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, dietary, or other critical decisions. AI-processed data (text, images, email metadata) is sent to Google's servers for processing.
By connecting Gmail, you authorize LifeOS to read, modify, and compose emails on your behalf for the purpose of inbox triage and management. Email classifications are AI-generated suggestions — always review before taking bulk actions. The app operator is not responsible for unintended email actions.
By connecting third-party services (Notion, Gmail, Telegram), you authorize LifeOS to interact with those services as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access to any integration at any time from the Settings page. The app operator is not responsible for data handled by third-party platforms.
You may create personal access tokens for programmatic API access. You are responsible for keeping your tokens secure. The app operator is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised tokens.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of LifeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to:
